Using Tulip you can edit your remote files through Tulip Server, that is a PHP application that uses Web Services to delivery the files.
To do that you need to create a new project and set the field Remote Editing server with the IP of your remote server. For example, 192.168.0.24/system (from your document root)
To user Tulip Server, it's needed an HTTP server on wich you'll unpack this file:
